The entire package can be booked for 5 or 7 days.
Accommodation with breakfast in the hotel included.
The package includes visits to small food production companies, museums and artisan businesses with transfers. Practical didactic lessons included.
Meals are organised in the form of tastings and/or packed lunches; evening meals are provided either at the hotel or externally.

  • 5 nights in hotel in half board formula, with breakfast and dinner (drinks not included);
  • 2 nights in Hotel in B&B formula, with breakfast;
  • 2 dinners at external restaurants (drinks not included);
    visits to farms, wineries, oil mills, farms (5 excursions in total);
  • Visits to museums with entrances and workshops;

  • 1 boat excursion to Porto Infreschi with return ticket;

The cooking experiences are planned for spring and autumn

Scheduled excursions

Buffalo breeding has a long tradition in the Cilento region, and our tour includes a visit to a breeding farm. You will have the opportunity to observe the animals directly in the barn and learn about the artisanal processing of the milk. Tasting of dairy products is included.

The wine and olive oil traditions also have a long history in our region, which you will hear about straight from the farmers, who are passionate about producing food and closely follow its processing. You will experience first-hand how much work, but also how much pleasure and dedication make our products so authentic and unique.

Our mothers and grandmothers have always preserved food for the family in one way or another. Whether it’s seafood or farm produce, whether it’s pickles, jams, liqueurs or something else, we still seek to preserve the flavours of times gone by. We will show you how it is done, and you will experience the value of this tradition first hand.

Walks and short hikes will give us the opportunity to familiarise ourselves with all kinds of foods – ingredients which have enriched our cuisine since time immemorial, which our grandparents already knew and appreciated, and which have contributed to our diet being listed as a World Heritage.

This basic course gives you the opportunity to watch our chef prepare some traditional Cilento dishes.
Of course, you will also have the opportunity to try your hand at cooking the selected dishes yourself. During the process the chef will be only too pleased to offer you advice and you can enjoy tasting the dishes in a relaxed atmosphere at the end of the course.

Package deals generally apply in the low season and must be booked in advance. Number of participants from a minimum of 6 to a maximum of 10.
